Robert Moncrief is a director and cinematographer specializing in commercial, documentary, narrative, and fiction who grew up in the state of Washington.

He has created commercials for companies such as Dicks Sporting Goods, Google, Coca Cola, Dollar Shave Club, Boot Barn, Pandora, Mr, Leight and more.

His feature documentary “Haymaker” won the Gem State Award at the prestigious Sun Valley Film Festival. He shot the Chris Pratt produced Helen|Believe feature documentary in association with Tom Brady’s production company Religion of Sports.

After high school he studied drawing and painting at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Florence, Italy. He eventually got a masters degree in film production from the USC School of Cinematic Arts in Los Angeles where he was awarded the Panavision Student Filmmaker’s Grant for his thesis film “Snakes”.
